Beyond that, I am a passionate executive.
Passionate about diversity, passionate about cultural differences, passionate to understand, passionate about fair trade, passionate about sustainable development, passionate to implement true Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
I am also a (passionate) businessman.
One thing I learned following all those many years working in so many countries, meeting and working side-by-side with so many men and women from so many different origins, cultures and religions, is that it makes perfect business sense to respect your colleagues and employees and ensure their well-being, personal development and to allow them to express their individuality for your business to naturally and easily grow and flourish.
I never quite got why so many companies and executives make a policy to negatively pressure their employees, denying them the right to express and develop their own personality.
Haven't they realized yet by doing so they are shooting their own foot?
